Most items on our website are produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, it will typically be completed and ready to ship in 4-8 business days. In certain cases, we will have a high volume of orders, or a special-order garment, and will need more time.

Use our Order Tracking Tool. Please check your email for order confirmation. All email updates come from support@coachrac.com. Please check your spam folder for any confirmation emails. If your tracking number does not work please contact us Here or by emailing support@coachrac.com

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds at this time, however you may request a return within 10 days of delivery for store credit. Customer assumes shipping cost. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
